Thanks for reading about my 1% listing fee to sell your home or investment property. I have been offering the reduced listing fee of 1% for 13 years.

The Internet is changing the way Real Estate gets bought and sold. No one should pay the "standard 6% fee" any more.

THE PROGRAM
Full service real estate listing for a reduced fee of 1% to the listing agent. You would still reserve 2-3% for a buyer agent if they bring you a buyer. My program offers you 2-3% discount off the standard 6%. Saving you THOUSANDS of dollars on a real estate transaction.

You still get the same exposure, full representation of photos, signs, lockbox, negotiations, etc. just at a reduced listing fee.

THE SAVINGS
On a $200,000 home, with the "standard 6%" commission, you pay $12,000 in real estate commissions. My 1% listing fee program (and 3% to a buyer agent) saves you $4,000 - extra money in your pocket, same great full service approach.

Hi Jim,Like the 1% listing fee.Wondering with as hot as the market is if we would be able to get $350k for our property or more.We know it wont appraise for that is what the realtor said, so obviously buyer would have to come up with cash.Not sure about this since we been talking to a local agent that knows the area well.We are in a prime area 3 blocks from eagle mountain lake at 9455 Tranquil Acres Rd F/W 76179. Has 1996 Palm Harbor double wide 1500 SF along with a 1974 Wayside single wide mobile about 1200 SF on .46 Acre of land.We are the only mobiles in the area and surrounded by $300k & up homes.Very much rural setting,out of city limits with cheap property taxes.Not only is this a prime piece of property, but being so close the the lake LOCATION LOCATION.Its a way of life that is awesome.Any thoughts before we sign with a realtor?
